1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the AI First Academy website and related services, including our newsletter, community and free live sessions. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our Services
AI First Academy provides education about building AI-powered workflows. Paid programs, including the AI SuperPractitioner cohort, are sold and delivered through Maven. Enrolment, payment, refunds and cohort rules are governed by Maven's terms and any terms shown at checkout, which take precedence for those purchases.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license all content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, course materials and designs. You may view and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any unlawful way or to harm others;
- attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- reproduce or redistribute paid program materials outside the purposes they were provided for.
5. User Content and Community
If you post or submit content (for example in our community or via forms), you remain its owner but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate and promote the academy. You are responsible for what you submit and must not post unlawful, abusive or infringing material. We may remove content or access at our discretion.

Our content is for general education and information. It is not professional, legal, financial or business advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result from applying it. AI tools change quickly, so information may become out of date.

The site links to third-party services such as Maven, Slack, YouTube, LinkedIn and Substack. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
